Why National Divorce

"Why the left and right should consider a national divorce, not a civil war but a legal agreement to separate our ideological and political disagreements by states while maintaining our legal union."

"Definition of irreconcilable differences:
inability to agree on most things or on important things."

"Tragically, I think we, the left and right, have reached irreconcilable differences."

"I’ll speak for the right and say, we are absolutely disgusted and fed up with the left cramming and forcing their ways on us and our children with no respect for our religion/faith, traditional values, and economic & government policy beliefs."

Federal Debt and Smaller Government

"With our federal government in over $34 TRILLION in debt and on the verge of default, clearly both left and right have proven that together they both aren’t responsible with hard working Americans tax dollars."

"A national divorce would require a much smaller federal government with more power given to the states."

"Hence, we would solve our debt and spending problems immediately."

"Reducing the federal government would be easy because states would completely control things like education, trade and commerce, and communications to a much larger degree and the federal government to a much smaller degree."

Education

"We would immediately alleviate the need for departments like the Department of Education."

"States would have full control of their public education."

"Education would look different all over the country."

"In red states, there would be varying degrees of more traditional public education, charter schools, homeschooling, technical training, and college and universities."

"Red states would likely ban all gender lies and confusing theories, Drag Queen story times, and LGBTQ indoctrinating teachers, and China’s money and influence in our education while blue states could have government controlled gender transition schools."

"Red state schools would bring back prayer in school and require every student to stand for the national anthem and pledge of allegiance while blue states would likely eliminate the anthem and pledge all together and replace them with anthems and pledges to identity ideologies like the Trans flag and BLM."

"Perhaps some blue states would even likely have government funded Antifa communists training schools. I mean elected Democrats already support Antifa, so why not."

Gender and Identify

"Red states would ban biological males from all girls/women’s sports and all girls/women’s places of privacy."

"Red states would maintain the truth that there are only two genders and would require the biological identity of each person’s gender on their identification, not how the person identifies."

"If you choose to identify differently you can, but if you want it on legal record you’ll need to move to a blue state in order to be legally free to lie to yourself and others about your identity."

Energy and Climate Change

"Red states would not have to abide by climate cult lies."

"Red states would be completely free to build and use fossil fuel energy for their citizens."

"Oil, natural gas, clean coal, and nuclear power would very likely be growing strong energy sources for red states."

"Red states would be free from complying to green new deal regulations, but obviously all states would still have to comply with certain environmental protective requirements."

"We love freedom to consume the energy we choose but not pollution, and just to be clear carbon is not pollution."

Business

Red states would throw out all Environmental Social Governance regulations and requirements on corporations and businesses.

Companies would no longer have to meet ESG scoring measures on anything from hiring to work culture to products.

In red states companies could hire based on work related qualifications not identity and return their focus on their customers, once again going back to real customer service and treating the customer like the king.

Blue states would likely enforce ESG and require identity to mandate everything perhaps even what customers are allowed to consume based on their identity. We already saw Democrats give life saving monoclonal antibodies to people of color before white people during covid.

Of course interstate trade, travel, and state relations would continue.

However in red states, they could have different rules about store product placement on national store’s shelves. In red states, I highly doubt Walmart could place sex toys next to children’s toothbrushes.

Defense

The federal government would have to maintain the Department of Defense but it would need to return to it’s original purpose.

The United States border and our national security would be the border the DoD would defend.

The federal government would have to defend the states from invasion, not enable daily invasions.

Dangerous international criminal organizations like Mexican Cartels that are responsible for murdering Americans, trafficking humans & drugs, and operating deadly gangs inside our country would be dealt with by the United States military.

And large grants and public funding to NGO’s that fuel the world wide migration to America would have to end immediately.
Sorry, not sorry George Soros.

Law Enforcement

Red states would likely have highly supported law enforcement officers and well funded agencies. Police officers would be well trained, paid, equipped, and seen as heroes once again, not portrayed as racists thugs.

Red states would also support citizen’s right to bear arms and self defense.

In red states, law abiding gun owners wouldn’t go to jail for shooting an attacker, their right to self defense and defense of property would be protected.

Crime rates would be very low. Red state citizens would be safe. Criminals would be locked away swiftly when they broke the law. Justice would be served.

In blue states, who knows. Police could be anything from unarmed social workers to doing what Democrat lawmakers have been calling for all along, abolishing the police.

And in blue states, they would immediately disarm their citizens of course because those bad guns get up and kill people by themselves all the time.

In a National Divorce, the left could achieve their dreams of total and complete lawlessness.

Elections

We must not ignore how different elections would be between red states and blue states.

In red states, they would likely pursue one day elections with paper ballots and require voter ID with only the red state citizens or even red state tax payers voting. Red states would not allow illegal aliens to vote, ballot harvesting, or mass mail in ballots ripe for fraud, and could ban election machines all together if they wanted to.

And blue states would be free to allow illegal aliens from all over the world to vote freely and frequently in their elections like the DC city council wants. Dead people could still vote. Criminals in jail could vote that is if blue states even have jails or prisons anymore. Maybe blue states would let kids vote too. I mean why not, if the left says children can chop off their genitals or breasts, surely the left would let them make permanent important adult decisions like voting.

Things like this sheriff is talking about could be legal like apparently it must be in California.

Shhh.. don’t say it’s voter fraud. That never happens in our free, safe, and fair elections, right?!

The Quality of Life

Imagine if America decided to just go ahead and have a national divorce.

Hollywood elites and celebrities and all the brainwashed leftists women who watch the nasty women on the View, men who identify as women, and Democrat voters who suffer from the lifelong debilitating disease Trump Derangement Syndrome they caught from CNN wouldn’t have to see much less tolerate deplorables anymore.

They could live in their safe space blue states, own nothing, let their government decide and control everything, and most importantly protect their fragile minds from being shocked and insulted by those of us on the right who believe in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Then Americans could choose which way, left or right, provides them with the best quality of life, and we don’t have to argue with one another anymore.

I am starting to feel like it’s the right thing to do for everyone.

In December 2021, conspiracy theorist, Rep. Marjorie Taylor- Greene (R-GA) floated the idea of supporting National Divorce. The headlines went viral. Greene may have been using the issue as clickbait, but her stunt opened the doors for MAGA Nation to target a National Divorce movement that currently lacks the strength to hold its political center.

The Marjorie Taylor-Greene/Mike Flynn MAGA-Verse regime change wing is groping for a broader political framework to seize power by violent and extra-constitutional means. Flynn has emerged as the oracle of Radical Christian Nationalism. Greene's quest for a place in the sun as Trump's minister-at-large is leaning forward to secure MAGA world's National Divorce portfolio and a Republican Caucus leadership position if the GOP wins the House in November.

National Divorce: Marjorie Taylor-Greene's
Triangulation Strategy Shouldn't be Dismissed

02.25.2023

Introduction:

In September 2022, New Black Nationalists issued a statement urging the Black Liberation Movement to weigh-in on the National Divorce debate over partitioning America into red states and blue states to avoid a partisan civil war.

Along with the political framework NBN released to launch the initiative, we stressed three essential points.

1) Many among the Black Commons have no interests in the joining a red state, blue state, or purple state system for that matter.  We seek exit and self-determination to create a sovereign majority Black-led nation-state, independent city-states or autonomous regions.

2) The National Divorce movement launched in 2015, by Libertarian theorists and activists will be targeted by Trump's MAGA-Verse wing of the Republican Party for an attempted hostile takeover.

3) Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) floated two statements that positioned her as Trump's minister-at-large to secure the National Divorce portfolio.

Five months later, on February 21, in a string of tweets, Greene, now in House Speaker McCarthy's leadership circle, laid out a fulsome National Divorce platform for red states seeking "legal separation." Covering education, federal debt, climate change, energy policy, gender identity, defense, and law enforcement, Greene's dystopian portrait of MAGA-Verse's red state confederacy left no stone unturned.

Greene's policy prescriptions and full-throated endorsement of National Divorce represented a sharp political escalation pushing the white nationalist movement further toward regime change. Greene told the MAGA-Verse base exactly what they would get should they pursue "legal separation."

Greene may be an obnoxious, fascist, and mercurial space cadet whose rants are often dismissed as the ravings of a lunatic. That view, however, is short sided and dangerous. These days Greene is a leading messaging operative of Trump's MAGA-Verse wing. Her words carry weight within the white nationalist movement. They gauge the fahrenheit and lean of Trump's subversive regime change project. Indeed, Greene may be playing a more clever game than many suspect.

Steve Bannon and Liz Cheney's Response

Those doubting Greene's growing influence should consider the immediate responses opposing her National Divorce position. She quickly found herself in a pincer movement between former U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney's (R-WY) acerbic condemnation and Steve Bannon's (Trump loyalist and America's most dangerous white power strategistdrop the mike War Room podcast.

Liz Cheney, who normally wouldn't waste her time on a malcontent of Greene's pedigree issued a surprisingly clumsy and incorrect response on two counts. Cheney said, "You swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Secession is unconstitutional. No member of Congress should advocate secession, Marjorie.”

But MTG never called for secession, only a legal separation with red states and blue states remaining in the union. Second, there is no language in the U.S. Constitution about secession, no standards for when a state may secede, and no process for one to do so. The Texas v. White (1868) decision hardly resolved the question of the constitutionality of secession. In many ways it only muddied the waters. Cheney uncharacteristically fell into a trap.

Steve Bannon, replying on his War Room podcast averred that "If there's anything that I am one million percent opposed to its this entire concept. We're at war with the administrative state...the climate change movement, we're being sucked into a third world war on the Eurasian landmass...We don't have the time, or luxury, for sideshows."

Bannon's opposition to National Divorce and Greene's attachment to the issue is not new. In 2021, Bannon took Greene to task for being shortsighted, asking why Republicans should surrender half the country to Democrat blue states when they can win control the whole country? In truth, however, Bannon's opposition is conditions-based. If the MAGA-Verse sedition wing cannot win the 2024 presidential elections fair-and-square, steal the election by reversing state results to acquire the requisite 270 electoral votes, and didn't believe a long bloody civil war was feasible, he would certainly support a National Divorce scenario.

Add to the list of Greene's high-profile detractors FOX News host Laura Ingraham who posed this question, "How would a national divorce be good for conservatism? Now, why would we want to embrace the states that gave us Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, but essentially give up on the states that gave us Reagan and Trump?”.

In the inverted world of the MAGA-Verse, more often than not, the more critics you accrue, the more popular you are with the GOP social base. MTG is less concerned with the content of the criticism than the numbers and decibels of the chatter.

Does MTG's Have a Triangulation Strategy

Whether by design or default Margorie Taylor Greene is now the Republican Party's dominant voice on National Divorce. More important, Greene's position places her to the right of Donald Trump, MAGA-Verse insurrection strategist Steve Bannon, and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy--none of whom have expressed support for National Divorce.

Twitter and other social media platforms hummed all week about Greene's National Divorce proposal. Of all people, Greene masqueraded as the voice of reason in a room full of MAGA madmen by insisting her National Divorce proposal would save the country from civil war. Moreover, she contended it would cut the national debt, while keeping keep red states and blue states in the union.

Of course, Greene's Nation Divorce proposal will achieve none of those things. We recall what happened the last time Southern states seceded in 1861: disunion and civil war. The Black Commons have 'been there and done that.'

Besides, it's Trump's supporters, GOP seditionists, and white power militias who have threatened civil war and mass violence since the 2016 election, not to mention the 2021 January 6, Capitol Coup. As for the debt, a division between red states and blue states without disunion will mean blue states will pay off insolvent red states debts. Whose kidding who?

But what do facts matter to those circulating in the MAGA-Verse orbit? That said, it's ironic that Greenes expansive National Divorce agenda is an easier sell than Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott's disastrous 12 Point Plan that proposed deep-sixing federal programs like Medicare and Social Security. Scott's plan was so unpopular he finally revised it on February 14, 2023.

As New Black Nationalists suspected in September 2022, Greene figured out that she could claim and define National Divorce as an issue of her own. Depending on how Greene plays the National Divorce card, she has the potential to expand its writ as a national issue. For the moment she also has the ability to frame National Divorce in a way that creates maneuvering for her work in the gaps between Trump, Bannon, McCarthy and leverage the MAGA-Verse's overall approval of a partitioned legal separation.

Concluding Remarks:

Since 2015, National Divorce has grown from an idea on the fringes of the Libertarian movement to a theory and practical policy measure for the dissolution of American Empire.

The archives of the National Divorce movement contain a trove of historical antecedents and experience to draw upon, from the break-up of Czechoslovakia to Canada's parliament passing a secession bill.

To be clear, National Divorce is not just a Libertarian and Republican Party issue. Recent polling has consistently demonstrated that 35% to 45% of Democrats would support a national partition of the United States into independent sovereign countries.

For New Black Nationalists, American Empire's dissolution and reconstituting its constituent parts into confederacies of red states and blue states is a proposition we can support, if provisions exist for the creation of independent, Black-led nation states and polities. In addition, population transfer policies would have to contain certain guarantees that secure the status of Blacks and their personal property departing from red states and blue states.

At the end of the day, the potential for a negotiated National Divorce settlement will depend on how close American Empire comes to the precipice or outbreak of civil war. At that point, National Divorce moves from the theoretical to the practical.

New Black Nationalists predictive Crisis Theory model and the gathering confluence of events project that on its current trajectory, American Empire is not sustainable in the 2020s.

For this reason, NBN advises our readers and friends not to simply dismiss MTG's dystopian National Divorce proposal out of hand. The full text of Margorie Taylor Greene's February, 21 tweets are posted in the sidebar of this page. Donald Trump, the Republican Party sedition wing, and white nationalist militias are engaging in a multi-pronged effort to affect regime change as early as 2024.

National Divorce is being weaponized as another strategy in their in their arsenal. As Marjorie Taylor-Greene and the MAGA-Verse universe are about to learn, the National Divorce struggle runs two ways.
